Resumen
Este artículo analiza las políticas públicas en ciencia, tecnología e innovación en Vietnam, siguiendo la transformación económica del país a partir de las reformas Dổi mới, que sentaron las bases para un cambio estructural, mismo que ha enmarcado las actividades en esas áreas. Asimismo, se examina la evolución de las políticas públicas del sector científico y tecnológico y su relación con la conformación de un Sistema Nacional de Innovación, así como el desempeño de dichos sectores en el contexto internacional. Finalmente, se presentan algunas reflexiones sobre la importancia de fortalecer la política pública en ciencia, tecnología e innovación como elemento clave para el desarrollo de la sociedad vietnamita.Citas
